The melancholyjaques is a Classics student at Oxford University who loves stories and words.
Things that are dear to him are language, books, drama, poetry and The Big Story of Life.
He worships Jesus Christ, because he is making the greatest story ever told, and because that story is truer than any other.
He would like to tour with a one man show, reciting the Iliad as oral poetry. Unfortunately he can’t yet read the Greek, and is working on getting his brain up to speed with memorising thousands of lines of ancient epic. It will happen. One day.
